Description
Sulfuric/ Sulphuric Acid is a mineral acid and an important commodity chemical. Its production represents the industrial strength of a nation due to its immense applications in industrial products. Sulphuric acid is a raw material for producing titanium dioxide through Sulphate process. TTPL has a 300 TPD sulphuric acid plant (DCDA) for its requirements. The excess production is sold as commercial / battery grade acid to other chemical industries.

Application
Sulfuric Acid in general, is used in the manufacture of fertilizers, pigments, dyes, drugs, explosives, detergents, inorganic salts, and acids, and in petroleum refining and metallurgical processes
Sulfuric Acid – Battery Grade is a highly pure acid with low content of iron, specifically manufactured for use as electrolytes in lead-acid batteries.
